Is SmartFenek compliant with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 11 of 2024?
Yes — SmartFenek is built specifically for Federal Decree-Law No. 11 of 2024. GHG reporting covers all 7 greenhouse gases across Scope 1, 2 & 3 as required by MOCCAE. E-invoicing follows FTA UBL 2.1 requirements with digital signatures and QR codes.
Do I need both modules?
Depends on your deadlines. The GHG reporting deadline is 30 May 2026 — fines range from AED 50,000 to AED 2,000,000 and are doubled for repeat violations. FTA e-invoicing rollout is ongoing. The bundle saves AED 149/month vs subscribing separately.
Does this cover free zone companies?
Yes. Federal Decree-Law No. 11 covers both mainland and free zone companies. SmartFenek works for both — there is no difference in how the platform handles reporting or invoicing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged.
Is my data secure and stored in the UAE?
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Supabase with data hosted in the Middle East region, and we never share your data with third parties.
